About Broadleaves

Our Derbyshire farm is nestled in the heart of the National Forest adjacent to Foremark Reservoir and close to the village of Ticknall and Calke Abbey Estate. Our countryside location offers far reaching views and is surrounded by our own, and Foremark Water’s woodlands offering many miles of enriching walks, rides or runs directly from your own sustainable luxury accommodation. Each of our beautiful bell tents is appointed with high quality beds and linens, fluffy towels and toiletries. Our bathrooms are designed to feel like home from home with flushing toilets and rainfall showers. Three family bathrooms (plus additional toilets) all housed in their own bespoke building service just 6 tents (we want you to enjoy plenty of space!) We welcome well behaved dogs and we have even built an outdoor dog shower so you can care for your pampered pooch, and if you are feeling left out, an outdoor shower for guests too! All powered by our own eco-friendly solar power - we’ve made sustainability a key part of the development.

Come and relax with us at Broadleaves around your hand-forged fire pit or in your wood-fired hot tub - both utilising firewood from our sustainably managed woodlands. Cook in your own outdoor kitchen, drink locally sourced wine and beer and enjoy our beautiful, peaceful surroundings.

Rupert & Kerry

Woman standing in a grassy field, wearing sunglasses, a black long-sleeve top, beige pants, and rubber boots, with her hands on her hips and a smile, against a background of dense bushes and a partly cloudy sky.

Rupert and Kerry are hands-on at Broadleaves. They do everything from sowing wild flowers, planting trees and woodland shrubs, to up-cycling vintage furniture, building kitchens and making beds. They like to personally welcome every guest and are on hand to chat about what you can do locally and where you can go…
